Inspire Higher NFP is a nonprofit organization and an ISBE certified entity dedicated to empowering and supporting educational support staff, parents, and students through meaningful professional development and interactive workshops.

Founded by an experienced Registered Behavior Technician, veteran paraprofessional, and parent within the school system, we understand the vital role that paraprofessionals, campus monitors, secretaries, and other support staff play in student success.

Our mission is to equip support educators with practical strategies to effectively assist classroom teachers while addressing the diverse behavioral and social-emotional needs of students, including those with disabilities. Through engaging presentations and workshops, Inspire Higher emphasizes behavior strategies, understanding student needs, and strengthening social-emotional learning practices.

 

By building the skills and confidence of support staff and students alike, we aim to foster stronger classroom teams, improve student outcomes, and create positive, inclusive learning environments for all learners.
